It's the first time I see a site which decide on which device I can use my fido key...

so I can use my master password from everywhere but my fido key can't be used only on my computer?

And worst than that, I can only setup one ?

I have one primary key, one backup and windows hello when I'm on my main computer, why my password manager think he can choose for me the way I want to prove my identity?

With regards to FIDO keys, you are allowed to set up multiple keys, but can only use one at a time. They should be compatible with multiple devices, and you may use the same key interchangeably between them.
