Lag of time when making changes

There seems to be a (new?) lag of time from when I make a CHANGE to an entry on my iPhone LastPass app to when it is viewable on my PC Chrome extension or vault, OR VICE VERSA. Has something changed? In fact, I think I have to LOG OUT to view changes, that can't be right. I'm sure it used to be instant so I could change a pwd on one device and log in right away on the other device. No?

(I have a very vague memory of this a few years ago and got a case open and resolved, but now I can't see cases older than the last one and don't see at all where to write for actual LastPass support, no "ask an agent" opened for me?)

There is a slight delay as information syncs across devices, typically about 30 seconds to a minute in my testing. You can also force a refresh of the Vault by "pulling down" in the Vault on the LastPass app to force a refresh, or by refreshing the Vault page to check for new information.

There's also a setting you can change in your LastPass browser preferences to change the timing for when to poll the server for account changes--for example, instead of refreshing the Vault manually you can change this setting for how often LastPass polls the server for changes.

To access this settings, on a computer browser click the active LastPass icon then click Account Options (or your account email at the bottom of this menu) > Extension Preferences > Advanced on the left side menu, and change the "Poll Server for account change" option to your preferred time.

1) I'll see if it stays at just 30 secs/1mn, I can live with that

2) not sure how the poll server time relates as it is currently set to 15 minutes, but changes clearly show within 1 minute? So I'm not clear what effect poll server has?

Hello,

Could you try the steps below to force a sync of your LastPass data to see if that resolves the issue?

Click the LastPass iconin your web browser toolbar.
Go toAccount Optionsor click your email at the bottom of this menu >Advanced>Refresh SitesthenClear Local Cache.
Log out and log back in to your LastPass account.

In the app, tap Settings > Actions > Refresh Vault and then Clear LastPass Cache

Sadly, it does not seem to have made a difference. The lag is not enormous, about a minute. But I don't recall that being the case before. Am I just imagining this?

The poll server time is how long LastPass "forces" a check to the server, so if for some reason updates or new entries didn't sync within that minute or so as usual, every 15 minutes there will be a sync to poll the servers for any updates that may not have been seen yet.
