Same issue here. Although all requirements for the password have been confirmed, the password is still not considered to be a "strong" password

there is a bug with this that needs to be fixed. it's been mentioned many times, been called out on reddit, etc. stop saying it's a browser issue and fix it. it's too wide spread to be a one off.
Same thing happening to me. It is not about password strength meter, it is NOT WORKING AND I AM PAYING FOR IT. Might just have to go switch my entire family to another password manager. This is crazy.
