Email not updating

Question

I recently updated my lastpass account email. But in the app I still see my older email. I tried to log out and log back in but still seeing the same. Also, changing the account email also changes the login email or not.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I could not find your account with the email address used on this website. However, changing your account email does change the login email and therefore that is the one you have to use to access.

Please be sure that you followed the steps from this article to change it.
