How can I configure LastPass to enable the auto-fill function for alternative URLs that I add (e.g. https://url.1,https://url.2). It only works with url 1.

About your issue, the best practice isto set up Equivalent Domains, so LastPass will use the same credentials and autofill them in both URLs
