Then I can't log in nor can I see the passwords I set for those sites. I'm having to reset passwords on many sites and then keep a paper log of my new passwords. Very frustrating!! Has something changed??

I have been PAYING for LastPass for several years and this just started happening to me. A massive number of my entries have had the password reset to my Master Password. I am ready to cancel LastPass.
