Locked out of our company premium account

Question

We are currently trying to log in to our main premium account but cannot receive any kind of verification through phone or email.

We have checked spam and relocated to a place with a good cellular signal but still cannot receive anything.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

We are all locked out, we are hundreds of lastpass.com users! Your screenshots are exactly the same as all of us get, even free users!

For several days we have been trying to contact the Support Team, but it is not possible because LastPass is using automatic procedures (AI) for support issues.
