I am sorry about the issue you are having when autofilling your passwords. If you are being asked to type your Master Password everytime you try to autofill something, you may have enabled the require master password re-prompt setting.

But if you are logged out frequently and forced to log in, you may have enabled an auto logout setting. You can find them in the General Preferences of the browser extension.
