Lost access to all of my shared folders and in the dashboard its asking me to renew but hen i click in it says to login to my business account but I am logged in to my business account. HELP!

I would suggest forcing a sync between the vault states by following these instructions.

I am also facing this same issue.  My co-workers are able to see shared folders and I am able to see them on iOS devices,  just not PC.
