Can LastPass save selections for radio buttons and check boxes?

Hi, everyone. LastPass user for many years but am just now finally trying to use it to its full potential! Like many of us, I'm sure, I have a form I fill out every morning for work pertaining to COVID and my optionsneverchange. I've been able to easily set up pages in LastPass to autofill the text fields but I don't see a way to save selections on radio buttons which isreallywhat I want to automate because there's a lot of them and the whole process is redundant because if you answer yes to any of them you have to go home for the day (and who here has ever had a headache that wasn't related to COVID?).

Further, and I just thought of this but it pertains to the same issue, is there a way to save multiple "pages" to one entry in LastPass for organization? The form I fill out consists of 4 pages of Google sheets (I know, I work for the government and we have a super efficient and not at all undereducated IT department) and as of right now I only know how to save each one as a different entry.

Thanks for any and all help! The first problem would save me about 15 minutes a day.

Hello from 2024. It seems that part of this feature may have been added since 2021, because I now see saved checkbox selections in the "Edit Form Fields" list for sites that have them. Radio buttons, not so much.

There are a few sites I regularly log in to that have more than one type of login, which must be selected by a radio button. Some vendors have retail and dealer logins. And our 401k plan has participant and sponsor logins (and I have both). In cases where I am not logging in to the radio button default account type, the auto login fails.

As an aside, I do not understand why sites are designed this way. It would be easy enough to automatically route each user to the type of account that they have, so long as the system prevents duplicates across all account types (which I would assume it does anyway). But I don't have any control over how other companies design their websites, do I?
