It sounds like the subscription might have lapsed. Check your account status to make sure it's still being renewed.

We could see you are part of the plan, but you're not listed as the owner of the plan, only as an administrator for the dashboard. We reviewed the owner's profile and made an update on the backend of the account plan. Please, log out and log back. Make sure the owner does this too.
If the issue persists, please, ask the owner to create a support ticket for our billing team to review the transaction and solve this issue.
