Help... I have last pass Prem and went though tutorial in order to update my payment method and my cc on file is expired and want to update it to new card to avoid laps in service. This is too complicated can't get to biking.

We truly apologize for the problem with your account details; you should be able to change your payment information by going to your web vault.

Then go to account settings

General Tab

My account

You should be able to change the card on file
