My Lastpass subscription has lapsed. I moved countries and changed credit cards since last year. The site is not letting me change my credit card without a valid billing address, and not letting me change my billing address without a valid credit card.
Support is happy to help me change my address, all they want is a receipt for last years payment which obviously I don't have since I don't have access to my old credit card.
I am now stuck in a loop and unable to use a service I have been paying for, for years. I am out of switches and out of patience. Surely this is a basic request that should be solvable in seconds?
