Me too. I HATE when I can't get a phone number! This alone is a deal breaker. So annoying
After years of sucssful use, I'm now getting logged out of LastPass (too) frequently. I'm unable to find any service phone number. Only a Bot that says it doesn't have the answer. This is no way to run a railroad. I can't tolerate a company that is inaccessable.
It been little over a week since I have opened the case with Last pass...initially they communicated via email for the first few days and then nothing got resolved and now they are not even responding to the emails...So frustrating...shouldn't have created this much of dependency on this platform...So annoying...
