I have the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it just sits there. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
My situation is the same as Henry above. Finally decided to fix things and now I can't get any response from the security dashboard.
I found this post when searching online for an answer to this exact problem. It just sits there and nothing happens.
I have the same issue. The browser kept saying that the extension was taking too long (wait, or exit). So I logged in directly to the lastpass site. It took forever to even get the Security Dashboard pie chart to load. It still hasn't loaded the list of passwords so that I can continue my correction of old or broken passwords.
Yep, same problem. I guess it's clear at this point Lastpass no longer supports the security dashboard. Typical.
Same issue to report. One of the better features for a password manager, anyone know of OR can recommend a competitive product that has built in features that still work?

Pretty much the same issue for me. Only I have not the patience to wait for hours or whatever it would take. Five minutes max.

I filled out the survey and complained. This concerns me that this has been going on this long and has not been fixed.
It "worked" in Edge, at least I could see what was green or not. The security scoring/dashboards are pitiful.
same issue here, in my company, with firefox, chrome displaying Security Dashboard which takse a very long time when you own lots of password.
Even more annoying, the admin dashboard seems to forget that users have a good level of security and just display them as it they have weak security challenge score...
This admin dashboard becomes just useless....
Same. The cross browser icon turns yellow, I open the dashboard and have been waiting over an hour for it to load, but still not loaded. Shows maybe 82% complete. I wonder if this response has anything to do with the security breach and subsequent security changes made to LastPass.
That should have said the Chrome browser icon...
I have the same problem. Security dashboard leaded once, I fixed one weak, re-used password, and since then I have never gotten it to load again
