My Mac OS Safari extension is stuck displaying "Switching Device Type"
Here's how it happened:
- Family Plan failed auto renewal
- Received message to Switch Device on Mac OS Safari and must have clicked Yes
- Went to understand what was happening and when I realized my Family Plan was not active I updated billing info to process renewal
- Family Plan active and working on all other instances (Mac client on same computer, chrome extension, mobile device, etc)
- the safari extension still shows the stuck message Switching Device Type
Things I have tried:
- deactivate and reactivate extension
- uninstall and reinstall Mac client
- logout all sessions and re-login session
- login from a browser window in safari
- enter safari developer mode and clear all cache
None of these things have worked and I'm still stuck with the error message and unable to use LP in Safari...
Any thoughts as to how to reset this?
