LastPass no longer fills my userid/password in membership site forms. I have to repeatedly login to the LastPass site and copy/paste them. Chrome extension won't fill the forms either. Never had this problem before.

You haven't addressed the issue of why I am forced to login with my master password every time I open the app or attempt to fill in a form. I was never required to do that before, only periodically. This problem began only recently.
I'm probably way off on this suggestion, but: wouldn't that be a cookie setting. I think there is a setting to erase all session cookies upon exiting the window.
I am also having the same issue lately Everytime I open my chrome browser, the LastPass Icon is greyed out and I have to login in again with my master password. Some times 3 or 4 times a day. Why is this happening?I did follow all the troubleshooting from the above article but it has not fixed the issue
