Same for me, i always identified with biometrics and now the app wants a pin from me. I cant remember that pin. Have you found a way?

So basically delete the LastPass Authenticator app and re-install it. When opening you can recover the account with Lastpass Master password which you probably will remember. Then you can setup new one without it asking the old one.
