Cancel Subscription after account delete. NEED IMMEDIATE HELP

Hi, I have deleted my account and it is now impossible to delete my subscription. I would like someone to contact me and help delete the subscription.

This is unbelievably ridiculous. How you can think that not deleting the subscription when a customer has deleted their account is a reasonable thing is completely beyond my comprehension. Please contact me IMMEDIATELY. How is there not a class action suit for this already?

Hello. I have the exact same problem as above. Caught in an infinite loop. I couldn't find how to cancel my subscription > deleted my account in Dec 2023 > requested a refund via email > reply email told me to go to the website > was just charged again the annual fee > now I have no way of cancelling my subscription because I cannot log in to a deleted account. Could someone help?

Hello,

I have the same issue, I cancelled my recurring payment 1 day before its renewal, I deleted my previous account for safety reasons, but I still got charged.

I have re-opened a free account with the same email, so I can log in and try to talk with someone.

Thank you for getting in touch with me, I want a refund for this last debit made Dec 3rd if I recall correctly, and the assurance that no more charges will appear on my CC for this deleted account and subscription

Hello @npolvo,

I am sorry about the issue you are having with the payment. Our records show the account was deleted and no charges were made from our side. It seems you may have subscribed through Google Play or Apple, I could not find records from Google on that email address, if you made the payment through Apple please contact their support to cancel your subscription.
