Per the logs of the account, the access to the vault has been validated by you, no failed login attempts and there is no unusual activity from the actions in your vault.
We recommend checking the data of the transactions with the financial institution and having the cards reported. Unfortunately, we can't provide verify more details as those are sensitive items and we do not have access to them, due to the encryption.
Also, the master password has not been updated for a while, we recommend doing so.
