"Request Help Logging in" is not working

Dear Support-Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently unable to use the “Request Help Logging in” form. Each time I attempt to submit the form by clicking “Save”, I receive the following error message:

Attempt to de-reference a null object

Class.RecordTypeIds: line 14, column 1

Class.CommunityCtrl.createCase: line 273, column 1

I have tested this across multiple browsers, in private/incognito mode, and on different devices, but the issue persists.

Could you kindly look into this and advise on a solution?

could you please help me with this matter.

The form is still not working.

This usually indicates a server-side programming error (e.g. empty variables not intercepted or missing record types). Please check your Apex/server logs and correct the corresponding position.

I apologize for the error there.  After some testing the Request Help option, it appears to be functioning normally.

Regarding your LastPass account recovery, if you recently updated the account password within the past 30 days, then you may revert to the last known password through this location: https://lastpass.com/revert.php
