I just wanted to let the community know that last Thurs, LastPass deleted my account on their own without my persmission. With the account deleted, I had no way to access support since you have to be logged in and the article they provide with a non-logged support link is broken. I was a paying customer for a few years on a family account. I reached out via Twitter on the LastPassSupport and was in contact with support. They initially told me that my email account never existed, even though my family linked accounts could still log in, just not the master account. After providing additional details and verification, they were able to determine that my account was deleted mid-day on Thursday - this was not requested by me. They recreated my account but it went back to a free account and had no reference to my family account or my subscription. Because the difficulty and low general scoring of support and the documented extensive security breaches that occurred in 2022, I have deleted my account and moved to a different password manager.
