Tried to search support for the requirements for a new password. Should have been a simple search but the search on the support site is ... mystifying at best.
This should have been readily available, even a big link on the top of the support pages as you go through this. A master password is something that should be planned for not sprung on someone when the time runs out. But, alas, no help there.
Tried to set up recovery options and I followed the terribly convoluted instructions but I have NO idea if it is set up or if it will work.
Also, the idea of using a randomly generated password for a master, something you MUST remember or ... god forbid, write it down on the back of your phone, having no relationship to the user is a support nightmare. Good luck with that.
It's done but I no longer have any trust in the program.
Anyone finding a more friendly support system with any of the other, available systems?
Disappointed.
