Cant Login, due to NO email being sent by LP

Question

5 days ago LP extension said i need to redo my authenticator and logged me out. When i log back in, it says a link will be sent to my email address. This email never comes. Have tried 20 times. So I'm locked out of LP.

Please help.

It says this, asks for master password, i type it in and the email never comes. Have checked all folders, including junk.

LastPass say it's sent me emails to help me login but they don't arrive. I can't create a new support case because it requires that I respond to an email that never arrives. I've even tried to create a new vault but apparently my email address is "in use" so I can't even go through the worse case scenario of manually re-entering all of my information. I've tested my recovery email to be sure that mail to that account still goes through. Why can't I get help? I've been a premium account user for at least ten years.

FIXED IT! My alternate email was at Yahoo. I was under the mistaken impression that my test emails to that address proved that the Yahoo mail automatic forwarding was working. Some time after my last post I had someone else try emailing me using the Yahoo address which failed. Further effort was necessary to regain access to the Yahoo mail site (another story) where I found that all the previous LastPass emails were in the inbox. It turns out that Yahoo mail no longer supports free automatic email forwarding. With access to Yahoo mail I was able to receive the email link to reset my old password. Hope this helps someone else.
