If I scroll my vault all the way down in a FireFox browser under Windows the three icons for that last entry are covered by the large red + icon:
When I move my mouse towards the icons the 'Add item' hint covers them completely:
I can work around this by selecting the item and then picking an Action in the top of the page, but the red moving out of the way would be nice fix.
