2FA Phone lost cannot log into lastpass

I used to be able to log into lastpass, with 2FA through my mobile phone. Then my phone was destroyed. I have the same authenticator on my new phone but it doesn't work. I've tried the SMS and call me options, but nothing happens. I seem to end up in loops where I need to log in to change the 2FA settings. I still have access to lastpass on my phone but when I log in from my computer I need to manually enter the password from my phone version of lastpass, which is annoying. Any ideas?

If you are still having this issue pleasescroll down on this page and click Contact Support to request a call back from Support http://link.lastpass.com/communityThey will verify your identity and allow you to bypass the authenticator so you can sign in and set up your new phone.

Thanks Glenn; yes that was the only way to fix the problem. They don't make it easy to find the support contact mechanism though, so I appreciate the help.

See the answer I received above. You need to get Lastpass to reset your account and then redo the 2FA.

Just found this solution as I have a similar issue but wonder if you can advise further please?

I am unable to log in as the LP authenticator app seems to have reverted to how it was when I first installed it on my phone. I can't add my account as it wasn't backed to cloud. I have a second mobile number set up as SMS recovery but am receiving no texted codes although LP says these are being sent. I'm completely locked out. I followed your advice below but I'm a free user only so assume I don't qualify for LP customer support? I have looked to upgrade to premium to obtain support but the process asks me to log in...which I cannot do as I can't authenticate. Have you any suggestions as to how I can get LP to reset my account please? Thanks in advance
