Export csv does nothing (doesn't work).

Can't access account settings - just hangs on empty page with lastpass logo on it.

Hi, I am a free user. I am trying to clean up my passwords as I have one important .gov account with several entries when i should only have one. I want to print out so I can what's in each that's same or different or if I have more than one account on a site.

I have been unable to export to .csv file. I'm using Firefox add-on/extension.

That's my SOS.

Secondly, but less important than my SOS,  is I can't access my account settings. I reported this here 10 months ago and filed a bug report, but no reply or fix has happened yet. It still just hangs on an empty page with a large Lastpass logo in the background.

Account settings works now!

As for my SOS:

Export asks for main password, I enter it, then nothing happens. Fix a problem yourself>export vault items>export data for use anywhere>Enter  master password...I enter it. (I told it not to reprompt me for an hour as I already attempted no setting there. Nothing happens. Now what?

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.I have killed all of your sessions on our side. Please do the following:

* log out of the LastPass extension (red square on the top right hand side of your screen)
* remove the LastPass extension (right click your mouse, select remove)
* clear your cache and cookies from your browser for the last 7 days (settings, privacy and security)
* add the LastPass extension (download it at lastpass.com/download)
* log in and do the export again

You should be able to export and you should be able to have access to your account settings as well. Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you.
