I'm sorry for any confusion.
If you mean the LastPass URL Encryption process is stuck somehow, then I suggest trying to complete the process in an alternate web browser.
Sometimes there may also be a cache problem in your browser with LastPass, where clearing this cache can allow the encryption process to finalize.
