In our team environment, a new employee always starts by setting a recovery number on their LastPass account. This is always under direction of an experienced user that has done this multiple times in the last year.
Previous time we used this procedure was two weeks ago and it worked as expected.
This time the user sets the number for the first time and immediately gets the "Too many SMS messages" indication (and no SMS arrives). We tried again today to see if there is any change, but again the same message on the first try.
Anyone have an indication of what could be wrong and how to solve this?
We use Chrome for browser. The pop-ups work as expected, just the final sending of the SMS does not work.
