I am sure I remember the master password (and I used it in the recent month), but today the chrome extension tells me it is wrong??
What would you suggest to figure out what is going on? I hope my account is not compromised.
I had the same issue and Last Pass support told me I was putting the password in wrong. I was 10000% sure it was correct (it was also written down). Ended up doing a revert password to the previous password.
@Kristal PicassoBut how could you change the password if lastpass thinks the current one is wrong? Or, the password set system doesn't think it is wrong actually?
Now I am sure this's a bug because the some password works in another browser!!
As a free user, how do I report this?
