Permanent malfunctions between LASTPASS and CHROME (LASTPASS FREE)

Hello,

I regularly encounter this malfunction on Chrome: whatever the page I am on, LASTPASS takes on an orange color and when I click on it, the image of a safe appears with a "wheel" that turns without stop. This problem does not exist with FIREFOX.

I have already checked the LASTPASS knowledge base and tried several methods to solve the problem. The only one that works is removing LASTPASS from CHROME and then re-installing the extension. I have already used this solution a dozen times.

I would like to find a more practical solution.

Sounds like you have session issues.

1. Go tochrome://settings/content/all , or alternatively Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data > See all site data.

2. Search for LastPass and delete all those cookies.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then an uninstall and reinstall of the extension would probably be the next step.
