if i have several accounts on one url how can i change the order in which they appear

I am sorry about the issues you are having with those items. There is no setting that would allow you to reorder the items. However, these are order alphabetically. You can add at the start of the item name (Not the username) A, B, C, etc to the items for them to be set in the order you desired.
