Cannot Accept New Shared Passwords and Cannot Use Launch Button

Question

When I log into lastpass I cannot accept new passwords that have been shared with me. When I click on accept, I am met with a blank screen.

I also can't use the launch button to use passwords that have been shared with me. It doesn't do anything when I click the launch button. I have pop-up and ad blockers turned off.

I have the extension installed on Chrome for Mac but when I go to a website that I have a password shared with through lastpass the password do not populate into the log in box.

Same issue here. Tried clearing cache, logging out all accounts, even upgraded to the premium account. Get the same issue, not able to accept any of the shared passwords on my account.
