Another cannot login to LastPass thread

Hello Since last weekend I've been unable to login to LastPass on iOS App. This has been working fine before.

Also tried via the website but same error message.

To continue check for an Email from LastPass, though no email ever arrives, have checked junk multiple times.

To be clear, my email address and password for LastPass have not changed recently and I am 100% certain what my password is. I can use LastPass offline in iOS with this email/password combo but it's very limiting.

I have tried, password hint but this also does not appear to send any emails.

I have tried account recovery with SSMS MFA but get The link is expired or Invalid. Please generate a new link and try again.

Can anyone provide help or support.

so the solution...

In Hotmail go to Rules -> Manage Rules -> Junk Email and ensure that lastpass.com is not in the Blocked Senders and domains list. Not sure how it got in there TBH.

LastPass security notification emails now being received.

Thanks Henry I can see that private message now.

I have checked every folder in Hotmail and can confirm there are no emails from LastPass, last email is dated 2nd March 2023, there are none more recent, and none in Junk.
