- Last week I couldn't log into my Lastpass vault with the password I have been using since it's creation. I went through account recovery, and successfully reset the password and successfully logged in again.
- This week, my Lastpass vault is saying that the new password is incorrect. This cannot be true, as I copied the new password exactly into a different password manager, and copied it again to log in.
- I have tried to log in on the same computer and browser that I recovered the account from, and a different computer and browser, with both the new and old password but this has not worked.
- I have tried to recover my account again, but my browser no longer has the recovery key. I have not cleared my browsers cache or data.
- When I try to perform the account recovery process again, the link that i am email is always expired when I open it.
- My colleague is also having issues logging into their Lastpass vault with their master password, which they have not changed.
Is there anyway to recover my account if the recovery link is always expired, and my browser no longer has the recovery key?
