Per the mentioned behavior, it seems the password field is overwritten by your Master Password.
By checking the account, we noticed you are using the web (lastpass.com) to access the vault and not the extension. Usually, when using the web your browser password manager might be enabled and could be interfering with LastPass.
Please, review your Master Password it is not saved in the browser password manager; otherwise, remove the LastPass entry to avoid this behavior from reoccurring.
