Can't log in and email not received

Question

Is there no solution available to let me log into my account? I cannot change my password, the site hangs up and nothing happens. And I have no options to fix this because I have to log in before I get help. But I can't log in!! Right now, if somebody asks me whether I recommend LastPass I will laugh, this is ridiculous

OK, I take back all I said. When I log in, it sends a verification email not to my main account email, but to an alternate email that was in my account. When I realized this, I got in.
