I'm not seeing any failed login attempts over the last 48+ hours, so this could be a local issue with Chrome there.
I suggest clearing the local cache + cookies in Chrome, then relaunch and try logging into LastPass again.
Thanks for your reply. I had already cleared the Chrome cache + cookies the other day but I went ahead and did it again. I also ticked the option for Lastpass to save the Default password so at least now I don't have to keep typing it in. It used to be that every time I opened the Chrome browser Lastpass would sign in automatically but now I have to Click login for it to work but it does sign in now so thanks for your help.
