How to remove Yubico OTP from my account (legacy Premium MFA issue)?

Hello,

I previously had a LastPass Premium subscription and enabled Yubico OTP as one of my multifactor options. After reverting to the Free plan, the Yubico OTP option still shows as Enabled under my Multifactor Options page.

Because of this, the Brave browser extension auto-fills my master-password field with a random YubiKey OTP string instead of my actual master password. I can’t disable or reset Yubico OTP myself since it’s now locked behind the Premium plan.

Could a moderator or support engineer please remove the Yubico OTP association from my account on the backend?

Thank you very much for your quick help — I followed the instructions and successfully disabled Yubico OTP in my Multifactor Options tab. Everything’s working perfectly now!
