When all cookies and history are cleared in Firefox and browser completely closed, upon launching and loigin in to Lastpass plugin, you temporary get old style look.
If you then logout, and log back in again it switches to new one:
It must be related somewhat "session perhaps" ? because if you just clear history/cookies in same browser session, it may not always be reproduced.
