Additonal fields are not filled out

I'm using Firefox with the LastPass extension 4.133.0.

I don't know when, but additional fields stopped being filled out. It used to work but I haven't used those websites for a while and now I use them again.

One is phpMyAdmin where the server isn't filling.

The field is:

And the additional field with the name pma_servername was added with its value. To be sure, I also added the id but that didn't help. I noticed another site where this isn't working anymore. Again, not sure when it stopped working as I haven't used them for a while.

I already re-installed the extension and deleted all lastpass.com cookies as I had a different problem with the vault not loading.

Ok, manually adding the additional fields to the new password item works, so thanks!

Thanks, it kind of let's me store that field, but it stores it in a different password item.

So now I have to click on the "Server" field to fill it out first, then on the "Username" to fill the other two.
