Thank you for reviewing the Community.
Per checking your company details, the shared folder in the settings shows some members are already added, however, they have "view/read only" permissions.
Make sure they are using the LastPass extension browser and access the vault from there. Also, from the Sharing Center, review they have downloaded the folder to have visibility in their vaults. You may check the article "Why is my shared folder missing from my vault?" for further details.
