I have forgotten my password and the only way I have of changing it requires either a code sent via SMS to a phone number I no longer have (mia culpa) or by entering my current password. Any ideas welcome.

I'm sorry you forgot your password. Based in the setting of your account, it seems you may have a chance of account recovery using your mobile device using biometrics, please, check the article:Reset your master password using mobile account recovery on Android for LastPass
Also, you may attempt to use different variations or combinations for the master password.

Unfortunately I dont have recover account via biometrics enabled.
I can't be the only person ever to have found myself in this position? I do have access to the app, but isn't really practical with long password for logging in to services on the PC.
I suppose I should start looking for an alternative to LastPass.
