However, I know it's plenty strong and then some. I've had to change it 4 times in the past month, and every time I use a strong password and they're system says it's "Very strong", yet still prompts me for a change. Is this a glitch?

Have you changed it since they told everyone they were going to force us to change it? That was a few weeks or a month ago.
I was forced on the mobile app when I needed to use it.
Since I wasn't a home, I forgot the one I created when I knew it was coming. It had swear words in it LOL
