Per checking your account, we could see you are using the LastPass browser extension in Chrome. This is installed in the browser and does not require another program or installation. The websites can be opened in new tabs, no window should prompt.
However, we noticed you have the LastPass extension in Safari. The Safari extension is linked to the Mac App that is downloaded to the computer, as the items will be opened and autofill in the browser, but you can check the app for the details.
In this scenario, it will depend on which extension you would like to use, or if you decide to have both extensions installed.
