Email not recognized

Question

LastPass logged me out and when I attempt to log back in with my email address and master password I receive an error "You may have mistyped your email address. Try again."

This is my primary email address and I know it is the one I signed up with, but I have tried sending the password hint to all email addresses I use and have received nothing in my inbox, spam, or junk and no emails addresses from LastPass are filtered in my blocked list. I am worried LastPass lost my account.

Hello @kschmeck,

Please try to setup a security email, after that, try changing the email address of the account. If it still does not work, send me a private message as I will need to verify the account with you.

Hi there Henry,

I figured out the problem, the email that LastPass has has a typo in it.

I was able to log in but I cannot fix the email because it is sending a verification to the existing email address - which is incorrect and I am not sure where that is exactly going.

Is there a way to fix my email?
