I was asked to reset my Authenticator App today. After I did it I can't log in. I enter my password, and next what I see is next:
I am having the exact same issue, was asked to update my Authenticater by scanning a QR Code, did that, and now my password no longer works. Sent a ticket to CS and they replied with a link that I need to be logged in to see. Even trying to recover my account doesn't work, says I don't have the browser extension installed even though I do, or it just sits there with a spinning wheel.
Kinda annoying the hell out of me, I have made all my passwords super difficult, and without Lastpass i'm locked out of everything lol
Edit: I hope it wasn't some kind of scam and somehow they got my details through the QR thing lol 😛
So turns out it's an easy fix 🙂
You should be getting notification emails about your failed logins. Just click the link that says "It was me". For some reason it needs to confirm your device after updating the Authenticater app :shrug:
