I had an account for LastPass I had created in 2016. Fast forward 7 years later and I tried to login about a couple weeks ago and I said I forgot password after I tried to login and the one, I last used to be not working. I never get an email to reset so I go, and I was able to create a new account. My suspicion is that my email address was changed on the original account. I spoke to someone at LastPass over the phone and says the only record they have is where I had just created a new account with my email address. This begs the question of where did my account go to? He said there was no record of the original account at all. He created a case and asked me to send PDFs of the emails I had gotten through the years; I even sent some that ticket # on them. That was last Friday, and I've not heard anything from him after sending them. I need help please. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? I had spoken to Juan Q. from LastPass.
