Also I found that support is non-existent at LastPass. Did you open a case by chance?
Same here, it was asking me to upgrade to premium which I would lose access to unlimited devices and 6 family members! Can't gain access to my vault. UGH!!!!
I entered a case over 10 hours ago and have not been contacted. I need access ASAP on multiple devices as my plan allows. I need someone to review my request asap

I am sorry about the issue you are having with your account. Our records show that your account was on a families trial but it has already expired. This is why you are only able to have one active device as your account is now free.

In your case, I see that a recent payment was made but your subscription is in an expired status. If you have not requested a refund or a chargeback, please submit a case for our billing team to assist with adding your subscription again.
