Cannot Use Authenticator.

Hi All,

I am being asked to authenticate my login attempt to LastPass on my PC which is as expected.

However when I use the Authenticator app on Android device, it gives me a 6 digit code. When I use this code to authenticate my login, it says “Multifactor failed” and I cannot get into the app on the PC.

How do I get into the app on my PC

Can you try disabling the MFA in your online account, before re-enabling it again?

Hey!

I have a similar problem. I have MFA turned on but I changed phones and don't have the authenticator app any longer. I tried the SMS and 'Call me' options yet I don't get a call or a SMS.
